If there were one word that would describe the feeling that goes into Promise of Redemptions music, it would be passion. Deriving from 2 separate bands Shane Henderson (Valencia, Attracted to Miss) felt like starting his own thing, and by breaking it down into a simple idea, an acoustic side project was made with guitarist Brendan Walters (Valencia). It is just that simple to understand Promise of Redemption’s motives for creating music; it is an avenue to retrieve that sublime feeling of happiness for the short period of time that the notes hit your ear drums. The songs that come out of this project truly represent what it is like to have pure truth and heart in the music. If you don’t believe these words, than take a listen to the music, and try not to smile.
