This is the soundtrack from the film (music by Leonard Bernstein), transcribed for and played on a pedal steel guitar, along with various electric and acoustic guitars and other guitar related instruments.
England's "Spinner "magazine called it "more an absorbing, innovative and rewarding suite of music, invested with considerable intelligence and a quite "different" take on what music-making is all about" and the web based "Cool and strange music" by Mike Rogers gave it 5 stars and said it "...might just be the best album of the year." (2005).
