Jocke Samuelson, the man behind BREED has used his burning heart and soul to create something new in rock.
This kid grew up in the little town Norrköping Sweden, with an obviously talent of creating rock music. Already in his early teenage years he toured Sweden as a musician with diverse bands and has kept doing this to this very day. Besides touring and playing for other bands all of his young life he has written and produced music continuously through the years.
It was the strong opinion from Jocke that rock music in Sweden didn’t evolve enough who drove him to start experimenting with rock music who led to BREED.
Jocke wanted to blend the music of rockgods like Motley Crue, Kiss, W.A.S.P etc. with soul and disco divas like Aretha Franklin and Donna Summer through the
landscapes of modern pop with bands like Kent, Escobar etc. he wanted to create a new breed of rock.
With focus on melody and pulse this unique mix of rock, pop and disco builds up a powerful musical experience for its audience and will attract both rock clubs and dance floors worldwide. BREED’s pumping music feels straight into the very little bone and muscle of it's listeners and with the colourful lyrics with themes collected from real life experiences, Breed won’t leave the crowd untouched.
