Return Policy

Because of the ability to rip CDs to computers, we cannot accept any returns that are not sealed, even if a particular artist’s CD does not come in a sealed package. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we have an obligation to safeguard the music of our artists and do our best to combat piracy. In addition, as noted in our terms of service, all items purchased from TMI are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
